About
Our team is interested in the modulation of neuronal plasticity in physiological and pathological conditions. Solid expertise within the team in electrophysiology in vitro (field and patch clamp on slice) and in behavior allows us a transversal approach from molecular mechanisms to behavioral output. To manipulate the cellular mechanisms involved in various pathologies, we use a viral approach for protein expression in vivo as well as transgenic mouse lines. Currently, we are also developing biochemical and cellular imaging tools to complete our transversal approach. We also collaborate with national and international teams for biochemical and neurocomputational analyzes of neuronal function.
