The volume of data from biological experiments is constantly increasing. The storage, access and exploitation of this highly heterogeneous heterogeneous multi-omics data are essential to the success of large-scale scientific projects in quantitative biology. The research teams and the technical platforms of the biology laboratories biology laboratories at the Université Côte d’Azur are facing a major shortage of bioinformatics bioinformatics resources, with the result that the full exploitation of genomic genomics, proteomics, cytometry and imaging data.
