We work closely with PKDerm, a company specializing in the development and marketing of efficacy and safety tests for products likely to come into contact with the skin (CIFRE grant - ANR project - Innov'Alliance cluster accreditation). The objective is to provide innovative solutions enabling better characterization of skin aggressions. This collaboration has made it possible to characterize the expression of SARS-CoV-2 receptors in healthy and damaged skin and to develop an in vitro model of human skin with a damaged barrier, used for screening compounds that prevent and treat skin lesions (Barthe et al, 2023, Barthe et al, 2024).
