ProjectDevelopment of therapeutic and diagnostic antibodies targeting the LLT1 molecule
About
Following our work identifying the interaction between LLT1 (Lectin-Like Transcript 1) and its receptor CD161 (NKRP-1A) expressed on the surface of NK cells and T lymphocyte subpopulations, we have developed anti-LLT1 antibodies with therapeutic and diagnostic applications (patents granted). LLT1/CD161 constitutes a new checkpoint of the immune response (Braud et al, 2022). We are continuing their development for indications such as cancer (Duurland et al, 2022) and inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
