Job title: Biological engineer specializing in data analysis
Assignment :
Bioinformatic analysis of transcriptomic data (bulk and single-cell RNAseq) within the framework of projects studying the response of the respiratory tract epithelium to carcinogens. Long-read analyses are also planned.
Implementation and improvement of existing analysis pipelines within the team. Development of new pipelines if necessary.
Technology monitoring to evaluate new pipelines.
Exploration and exploitation of data for the purpose of writing scientific articles.
Management of interactions with project partners (systems biology, artificial intelligence).
