About
The UCAGenomiX platform has provided expertise in transcriptomics, bioinformatics and functional genomics since 1999, ranging from the experimental design of experiments to primary and secondary bioinformatics analyzes and their biological interpretation. UCAGenomiX is constantly developing new expertise, either internally or through scientific collaborations. With a core business in transcriptomics, it provides data at resolutions down to the single cell level. UCAGenomiX has been associated since its creation with major projects, such as the creation of the Franco-British Resogen DNA chip resource resulting from a collaboration between the Réseau National des Génopôles and the MRC, the “Human Cell Atlas” project, carried out thanks to in support of the Chan Zuckerberg Foundation, or the 1011 yeast genomes project, carried out as part of the national biotechnology-health infrastructure France-Génomics, of which the platform has been a founding member since its creation in 2011.
