About

On January 13, 2026, our colleague Joëlle Bigay, a researcher at the Institute of Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology (IPMC), was honored at the 40-year career ceremony at the CNRS organized by the Côte d'Azur Delegation of the CNRS.

The ceremony was held at GREDEG in Sophia-Antipolis, in the presence of Frédéric Fontaine-Debizet (deputy regional delegate of the CNRS Côte d'Azur) and Carine Antico (deputy head of the Human Resources Department), who presented the medals of honor to three outstanding staff members, including Joëlle.

🎉 This event highlights Joëlle's professional commitment, passion for scientific research and loyalty to science and our institution. His career is marked by recognized expertise within the IPMC, in the field of perimembrane protein expression and purification. for the purpose of biochemical analysis of their activity.

Joëlle Bigay also shared some visual elements with us — photos of the ceremony and a personal caricature — which we invite you to discover below.
